Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 250gm cottage cheese (paneer)


  • 1 tablespoon semolina (sooji)


  • 1 tablespoon all purpose flour (maida)


  • 2 cups sugar (shakkar)


  • 2 cups water (pani)


  • 3 green cardamom


  • Clarified butter for deep fry

Directions

  • Add sugar, water, green cardamom in wok n make sugar syrup. Keep aside.
  • Scramble paneer transfer it in grinder add 1/2 cup water n make it into fine batter.
  • Add semolina and all purpose flour n again grind it till it done into fine batter.
  • Heat clarified butter in deep wok. Fill batter in piping bag n pour it in jalebi shape in heated clarified butter.. Fry from both the sides till it turn into golden brown. Take out and deep it in sugar syrup.
  • Paneer Jalebi's are ready to eat. Serve this hot.
